Vendor Account Registration Process

1. Purpose

This SOP outlines the step-by-step process for vendors to register and create a vendor account on the MYHitch Marketplace (Australia).

2. Scope

This procedure applies to all individuals and businesses in Australia who wish to become a registered vendor on MYHitch.

3. Responsibilities

• Vendors are responsible for submitting accurate and complete information.
• MYHitch Administration is responsible for reviewing and approving vendor applications.

4. Procedure

4.1 Access Vendor Registration Page

1. Navigate to the MYHitch website.
2. Click on the “Become a Partner” tab located in the main menu.
3. The Vendor Registration form page will open.

4.2 Complete Vendor Registration Form

1. Fill in all required fields:
2. Ensure all information entered is accurate and valid.
3. Click Submit to complete registration.

4.3 Account Creation Confirmation

1. After submission, the system will create your vendor account.
2. You will be automatically logged in or prompted to log in.
3. Access your Vendor Dashboard.

4.4 Vendor Onboarding Process

1. From the Vendor Dashboard, locate the Vendor Onboarding section.
2. Click to begin onboarding.
3. Enter required Business Legal Information:
   • Business Type
   • Legal Business Name
   • ABN (Australian Business Number)
   • Business Address
   • Contact Number
4. Review all entered information carefully.
5. Click Submit to complete onboarding.

5. Verification & Approval

1. MYHitch Administration will review submitted legal and business information.
2. Vendors may be contacted if additional documents are required.
3. Once approved, the vendor account will be fully activated.

6. Compliance Requirements (Australia)

• Provide a valid ABN.
• Ensure business information is accurate and up to date.
• Comply with Australian Consumer Law and MYHitch marketplace policies.

7. Records

All submitted registration and onboarding information will be securely stored within the MYHitch system in accordance with privacy regulations.

Vendor Subscription Selection & Activation

1. Purpose

This SOP outlines the process vendors must follow to select and activate a subscription plan within the MYHitch Vendor Dashboard.

2. Scope

This applies to all registered vendors managing their shop on the MYHitch Marketplace.

3. Procedure

Step 1: Log In

1. Go to the MYHitch website.
2. Click Login.
3. Enter your registered email and password.
4. Access your Vendor Dashboard.

Step 2: Navigate to Subscription

1. From the Vendor Dashboard menu, click Subscription.
2. Available subscription plans will be displayed.

Step 3: Select a Subscription Plan
